Policy to Apply for No-Fee Permit Application for IoH to Exceed 23K/92K/Weight Table

Any No Fee Permit Application for Implements of Husbandry-Local Government and Amendments to an Issued Permit must be presented to the Stockbridge Town Clerk, by appointment only during normal business hours, between the fourth Wednesday of the month and the first Wednesday of the following month.  The permits will be reviewed and granted or denied at the Stockbridge Monthly Town Board meeting held on the second Wednesday of each month. The Town Board reserves the right to deny a permit or to provide an alternate route to preserve the integrity of Town roads.    A town map with road/culvert/bridge weight limits is available upon request from the Stockbridge Town Clerk or Stockbridge Road Supervisor.  Absolutely no permits will be issued during seasonal road weight limits.
